1. Ownership and Acceptance

Software Careers, available at https://www.softwarecareers.co.in/, is owned and operated by Srikanth Pula. By accessing, registering, subscribing, uploading content, or using any feature of Software Careers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Purpose

Software Careers provides digital career tools, including resume review, AI-based resume parsing, AI mock interview simulations, preparation plans, interview insights, job-board access, performance analytics, and related career-support services.

Software Careers does not guarantee employment, interview selection, visa sponsorship, salary outcome, job placement, employer response, or admission into any hiring process.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must not create false accounts, attempt unauthorized access, use scraping tools, or interfere with platform security.

4. No Account Sharing

Premium tiers, including Special Students Prep, Standard, Professional, and Ultimate Bundle, are licensed strictly for single-user use only.

You may not share, rent, transfer, resell, sublicense, distribute, or provide access to your premium account, subscription, reports, mock interview sessions, preparation plans, dashboards, or job-board access to any other person.

Account sharing, suspicious concurrent access, credential resale, or unauthorized distribution of premium benefits will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Digital Services and AI Output

AI-generated resume feedback, interview analysis, preparation plans, scorecards, and insights are provided for informational and career-preparation purposes only. They are not legal, immigration, financial, employment, or professional hiring advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, workflows, dashboards, prompts, generated report formats, pricing structures, feature architecture, graphics, and UI components are owned by Software Careers and/or Srikanth Pula unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Software Careers content without prior written permission.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation by the payment gateway. Plan details, duration, and feature boundaries are displayed before checkout. Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Careers and Srikanth Pula shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages.

Software Careers is not liable for failure to obtain employment, employer rejection, visa rejection, inaccurate third-party job listings, AI-generated inaccuracies, payment gateway delays, third-party outages, loss of opportunity, revenue, data, or reputation.

9. Termination

Software Careers may suspend or terminate access for account sharing, payment abuse, intellectual-property misuse, unlawful content, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, or any violation of these Terms. Termination for violation may occur without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
