Editorial Standards
How we verify jobs, publish salary and visa intelligence, and keep search-friendly pages useful for Indian software engineers.
What we publish
SoftwareCareers publishes manually curated software and tech job listings for Indian developers targeting visa sponsored, relocation-friendly, and remote roles abroad.
We prioritize employer-source listings with direct apply links, clear location data, and explicit sponsorship or relocation signals whenever those details are available.
How jobs are verified
Each listing is reviewed before publication. We check that the role is active, the employer is identifiable, and the posting includes enough detail for a candidate to assess fit.
Visa sponsorship and relocation labels are only shown when the source posting or employer profile supports that signal. We remove expired listings and refresh active inventory on a recurring schedule.
Salary and visa intelligence pages
Salary pages aggregate disclosed compensation fields from active listings on SoftwareCareers. They are not market surveys and should be read as live inventory signals, not guaranteed offers.
Visa sponsorship company pages summarize hiring activity from verified listings tied to employers in each country hub. They help you understand which companies are actively hiring, not which employers will sponsor every candidate.
What we index on Google
We index stable landing pages such as country hubs, role pages, job detail pages, company pages, salary pages, and editorial guides.
Filtered search URLs such as /jobs?country=... or /jobs?search=... are not indexed. Pages with fewer than three matching live jobs are marked noindex until inventory grows.
