• Uploaded PDF resumes for parsing, resume review, profile extraction, and feedback generation.
• User text input, including career goals, target roles, preparation inputs, profile details, and support messages.
• Audio input, text responses, and audio/text transcript data generated during AI Mock Interview simulation rounds.
• Interview questions, AI-generated feedback, performance scores, scorecards, PDF-based insights, and analytics outputs.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, login timestamps, usage logs, feature access logs, and error logs.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process user data to provide resume parsing, AI resume review, mock interview simulations, preparation plans, interview insights, PDF reports, progress analytics, subscription access control, fraud prevention, platform security, customer support, and legal or payment compliance.

4. Gemini API Processing

Uploaded resumes, user text inputs, and AI Mock Interview audio/text transcript data may be processed securely via the Gemini API for analysis, feedback generation, interview simulation, resume-based preparation planning, and career roadmap compilation.

5. Payment Data

Software Careers does not store or process credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, CVV, net-banking password, wallet credentials, or sensitive banking data directly on its servers.

All payments are handled securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway aggregator partner. Software Careers may store limited payment metadata such as plan purchased, transaction reference ID, payment status, subscription start date, and subscription end date.

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with trusted service providers only where required to operate the platform, including AI API providers, cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, email providers, payment gateway partners, and legal or regulatory authorities where required.

We do not sell user personal data.
